In the eyes of the law, the
Corporate Veil
is the invisible barrier that separates a
founder's personal life—their home, savings, and
family assets—from the liabilities of their
business.
When this veil is intact, creditors can only
pursue the assets owned by the LLC. However, if
the veil is "pierced," your personal wealth
